Exotector G600
Keep the explosion danger under control
|
|
The Exotector gives an alarm before a combustible gas has endangered the ambient air to an explosive gas-air mixture. The alarm threshold is standardly set at a concentration of 20% of the lower explosion level (20% LEL). The catalytic combustion principle (CC) is a proven detection principle in the gas warning industry. It has the advantage that it offers a safe possibility to monitor all dangers that can occur through combustible gases by means of a safety-calibration.

The Exotector is available in different versions: Next to the measure and warning device for monitoring of the lower explosion limit (LEL) our product range offers detectors for monitoring of smallest volumes (0 to 8000 ppm) and concentrations of up to 100 Vol.%.
Before entering manholes and closed rooms these can be examined for gas dangers by means of a built-in, electronic pump. Accessories like sampling hoses with flow adapter and telescopic probes allow for diverse applications in different industries, gas suppliers and municipal areas.
- Up to 3 detection ranges for combustible gases and vapours
- Measurement in diffusion mode and with built-in pump
- Easy handling
- Explicit analogue display with colourful marked danger zones
- Optical and audible alarm
- Up to 10 hours of continuous operation
The Exotector is available for all common combustible gases. The combination of two detection principles enables the Exotector to detect even smallest amounts of gases from a leakage and to monitor in the LEL-range thereby ensuring a safe alarm of explosion danger up to a 100 Vol. %.
